The "component family" of the door and window hardware system: A balance between function and synergy

A complete set of door and
Window Hardware system consists of multiple functional modules. Each component has a specific task: the handle is the part that users directly operate and needs to be comfortable to hold and resistant to wear; the
hinges/door hinges need to bear the weight of the door panel to ensure smooth opening and closing without any abnormal sounds; the lock point and lock seat enhance the sealing performance through multi-point locking to prevent water and wind from penetrating; the pulley determines the smoothness and load-bearing capacity of the sliding window. In addition, there are sealing strips, dust covers and other auxiliary parts, jointly forming the "protective net" of the doors and windows.
These components may seem independent, but they actually need to be coordinated through precise design. For instance, the rotation angle of the handle needs to match with the locking point, the load-bearing capacity of the hinge needs to be compatible with the size of the door panel, and the material of the pulley needs to match the friction coefficient of the track. The manufacturing factory of the brand will verify the compatibility between the components through simulation tests (such as opening and closing times, load pressure, salt spray corrosion, etc.), to avoid the failure of the entire system due to a single component defect.
